Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using OpsDeck, including the free security scan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Authorisation to scan
You may only run the free scan against a server you own, are employed to administer, or are otherwise explicitly authorised to assess. You are solely responsible for confirming you have that authorisation before running the scan command.
3. Read-only scope
The free scan is a read-only diagnostic tool. It does not modify server configuration, install software, or restart services. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and its findings do not constitute a guarantee of security.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use OpsDeck to scan servers you are not authorised to assess, to circumvent rate limits or abuse protections, or to disrupt the service for other users.
5. Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select at signup or upgrade. Plan limits, features and pricing are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data, including data collected by the free scan, is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including the free scan.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
